Positive: We absolutely loved the location of the hôtel.

Negative: the arrival instructions were not communicated clearly. Upon arriving, we couldn’t access the residence where our room was located because we needed a key. We tried calling the hotel using the number provided in the reservation, but there was no response. Desperate for help, we asked people on the street for information, and they informed us that we needed to go to another hotel just 100 meters away to check in and retrieve the keys. Unfortunately, this crucial detail was nowhere to be found in the reservation
